Overview
Welcome to CRV Service. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CRV Service, a funnel design, reputation management, and AI automation services company founded by Michael Francis. These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website and services (the “Services”). By visiting or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
Our Services
CRV Service provides funnel design, reputation management (marketed as the Google Review system), AI workforce automation, and related consulting and implementation services for local businesses. Service details, deliverables, and timelines for an engagement are set out in the proposal or agreement for that engagement.
The 14-Day Trial and Setup Fee
Most CRV Service engagements begin with a one-time setup fee, payable before work begins. The setup fee covers the build and configuration of your systems. When your systems go live, a 14-day trial period begins. During the trial you owe no monthly fee. If you choose to continue after the trial, the monthly fee for your plan begins and continues month to month while you remain a client. If you choose not to continue, the engagement ends at the close of the trial — we part as friends, and no monthly fee is charged.
Fees and Billing
Setup fees are one-time charges collected before setup work starts. Monthly fees are charged in advance for each month of service after your trial. Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information and for keeping it updated. We may change our prices with reasonable notice; a price change will not affect a trial already in progress.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver the Services we may need access to your accounts and platforms (for example, your Google Business Profile or CRM), accurate information about your business, and timely review of materials we send you. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for your own compliance with the terms of any third-party platforms we connect on your behalf.
No Guarantee of Results
We build and operate systems designed to improve lead capture, follow-up, and review generation. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, reviews, rankings, or revenue.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including our website content, graphics, and the CRV Service name and logo, are owned by CRV Service or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. Materials we create specifically for your engagement may be used by you in your business as described in your engagement agreement. Our underlying systems, methods, templates, and know-how remain the property of CRV Service.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including improving and promoting the Services, without compensation to you.
Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to violate any law or third-party right, to send spam or deceptive communications, to collect the personal information of others without authorization, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services or any connected platform.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the engagement agreement or, after the trial period, at any time with notice to the other party. Amounts already earned — including a setup fee for setup work performed — are not refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated by CRV Service, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall CRV Service, its founder, employees, contractors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRV Service and its founder, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severed and the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with your engagement agreement and any policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and CRV Service regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without consent or notice to you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You and CRV Service consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
